Bank Equipment Maintenance Coverage Remote Drive-Up Maintenance Rockford Tech-Systems, Inc.’s Remote Drive-Up Maintenance program includes the following services: - One preventative maintenance inspection per year. - All service calls included due to mechanical failure. - Mechanical, electrical, and sub-assembly parts are included. - Failure of equipment due to vandalism, lightning, or any other act of God will be repaired on a billed basis as deemed necessary by Rockford Tech-Systems, Inc. to place equipment into normal and safe operation. - Client to provide a suitable environment and service access to all equipment names in maintenance contract. - Client to provide drive-up carriers. Vault and Safe Maintenance Rockford Tech-Systems, Inc.’s Vault and Safe Maintenance program includes the following services: - One preventative maintenance inspection per year. - All service calls due to mechanical failure. - Combination change can be performed at no charge if done at time of inspection. - Parts are included. - Failure of equipment due to vandalism, lightning, or any other act of God will be repaired on a billed basis as deemed necessary by Rockford Tech-Systems, Inc. to place eqipment into normal and safe operation. - Client to provide a suitable environment and service access to all equipment named in maintenance contract.
